Content strategy
Six years of owning an education brand's publishing calendar, where the constraint was never ideas. One teacher could record faster than any team could publish, so everything depended on choosing well.

What this involves
Editorial planning
A calendar that maps to the business, not to a posting habit. What launches when, what supports it, and what gets cut when the week goes wrong.
Audience and message
Writing for parents, for adult learners, and for the algorithm in between. The same lesson needs three framings to reach three people.
Repurposing systems
One recording becoming a long-form lesson, a set of shorts, a thumbnail, a landing page section and an ad. Planned at the shoot, not salvaged afterwards.
Bilingual work
Bengali and English content, including a 1000-page Bengali book. Translation is the easy half. Making something land culturally is the real job.
How I go about it
The proof: six years, one brand
One recording, five assets

What that one recording became
The long-form lesson
The full cut on YouTube, আঞ্চলিক ভাষার লড়াই long.
Shorts and reels
The sharpest thirty seconds, re-framed vertical, captioned for muted viewing.
The thumbnail
Designed to continue the sentence the title started.
Facebook posts
The same cut and the clips, native to the page that has 3.6 million followers.
A class prompt
The topic fed the next live session and its recording.
